Our returns policy is the best in the industry. We stand behind our products, period. We pride ourselves on carrying high quality items in the wedding industry and hope that you will be pleased with your order. We suggest that you inspect your order throughly upon recieving it, to make sure that all items meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged goods, we will replace them for you immediately. If you find that you have changed your mind on your purchase, have overages, or would just like to return your purchase for any other reason, we will be happy to assist you. The return must be within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 30% manufacturer's restock fee and shipping charges.
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable such as personalized, edible, cosmetic and personal care items. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. Some examples of non-returnable edible items are coffee, tea, olive oil and jelly. Some examples of personal care items are manicure sets and lip balms. The return must be within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees to the customer. You will be responsible for the return shipping on any returned items. You may return most items sold by Creative Wedding Styles within 30 days of shipment. However, we cannot accept returns of certain items for the reasons stated below, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Fabrics, since they are cut to your specifications from the bolt at the time that you place your order.
Any item that is not in its original re-sellable condition and packaging.

We cannot accept returns without a prior authorization, so please wait for this number before returning any goods.
